Born in Trieste in 1958, Condò has been a professional journalist since 1983, getting his start at Il Piccolo di Trieste. He then moved to La Gazzetta dello Sport for years, and has been a Sky Sport talent since 2015. He has been a frequent contributor to La Repubblica for the past few years.
Over the course of his career, he has done live coverage of 7 World Cups, 5 European Championships, 2 Summer Olympics, 11 Champions League finals and 8 Giro d’Italia.
He is the author of numerous books, including the biography of Francesco Totti Un Capitano [A Captain] which was a #1 Italian bestseller, selling over three hundred thousand copies and translated in about thirty countries. The book was also adapted into a docu-film that won the David di Donatello award, and a TV series that was among Sky’s most successful shows.
