Since 2012, she has worked with companies in developing sustainability and diversity projects, and in 2022 she founded the consulting firm ESG Boutique. She works as an adjunct lecturer with LUMSA University, 24ORE Business School and Temple University, is co-founder and honorary president of the of the Young Women Network and since October 2024 she has been president of the Human Rights International Corner, the only organisation in Italy that takes a comprehensive approach in regards to businesses and human rights.

Until 2025, she was part of Women20 Italy, the G20’s official engagement group for gender equality. In 2020, within this group, she was chosen as sherpa and spokesperson for the Italian presidency of the G20. Since 2020, she has been among Women7’s (G7) Gender Advisors, and in 2023 she was nominated the 2024 co-chair for the G7’s Italian presidency.

In 2022 she was on the jury of UN Women, the United Nations body for gender quality and woman empowerment, to recognise the companies most aligned with WEP (Women’s Empowerment Principles), and in 2023 she contributed to the creation of KPIs in the UNI PdR 125 certification.

She holds a degree in International Relations from LUISS, a master’s degree from Bocconi, and a master’s from Yale in sustainability and management. She has delivered two TEDx Talks, in Catania in 2019 and Cortina in 2021. In 2020 she was among the group of changemakers chosen by Pope Francis to redesign a new sustainable economy.

StartupItalia, the magazine on innovation, listed her among the 100 women who are changing Italy.
