In 1999, at the age of 15, Moroni started OkMusik, his first startup and one of the first Italian music portals with a social community.
In 2005, he worked for the Nestlé project “Fuori dal Coro”, the first social network for brands in Europe.

Throughout his career he has worked as a manager for important digital and e-commerce corporate projects, including Giochi Preziosi, San Pellegrino and Infinito.it.
He hosts events and podcasts for companies, and collaborates with agencies and influencers such as Marco Montemagno, for whom he creates video interviews and special projects.

Every day, tens of thousands of people listen to “Il Caffettino”, Moroni’s daily podcast on innovation, social media, and marketing, with over 1,000 episodes.
He is an ambassador for LICE, the Italian league against epilepsy.
