In August 2020 she was at Beirut port after the explosion of 2750 tons of ammonium nitrate, covering the protests that followed.

In August 2021 she reported on the end of NATO’s mission in Afghanistan and the terrorist attack on Kabul airport. In the months following, she produced a series of exclusive reports on the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, travelling the entire country from north to south.

After having covered, from Gaza, the Israel-Hamas conflicts of 2008-9 and 2014, from 7 October 2023 she reported from Israel and the Palestinian Territories, as well as Lebanon when Nasrallah was killed and Syria to document the fall of the Assad regime.
