Born in 1989, Facheris holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology of Social Processes, Decision Making and Economic Behaviors from the University of Milan – Bicocca.

An expert in gender studies, she works as an educator and also holds meetings on equity in schools, universities, associations and other contexts.

She is an educator at the company Evolve, which she has collaborated with since 2010. She is also president of Bossy, a nonprofit association founded in 2014 with the aim of raising awareness about issues such as gender stereotypes, sexism, feminism and LGBTQ+ rights. Since 2018, she has directed training for Bossy+, a consulting hub that helps workplaces bring an inclusive perspective to their events, image and corporate life.

From 2016 to 2019, she ran the video series for young people “Equality Pills” on YouTube, which inspired the book of the same name published by Rizzoli in 2020. That same year, she published the book We Make Our Culture Together: 10 Things to Know Before Starting a Discussion, with Tlon Edizioni. In 2023 she published the book We were there. The sense of doing activism with Rizzoli.

She is the creator of four podcasts: “Coming Out: Stories that Want to Come Out” and “Equalitalk” on Audible, “Feminist Palimpsest” on Spotify, which hit the Italian top 100 chart, and “Feminist Lenses: A Gendered Look at the World,” created exclusively for Patreon.
