In 2020, she launched her online presence @fabianamanager on TikTok and Instagram, becoming a point of reference for under 35s on matters relating to career choice and development, and the professional world. Thanks to her talent for clear and direct communication, today she is the most followed Italian content creator in this area.

In 2022 she published her first book, Lavorare alla grande [Nailing it at work] (Gribaudo).

In addition to content creation, she works with agencies and corporations in areas such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), talent attraction and employer branding, offering consultations and strategies for fostering talent and promoting inclusive workplaces.
