Pozzi co-founded Wish Days in 2006, becoming an entrepreneurial success story in the prepaid services market. In 2016, she sold the company in one of the biggest business exits in Italy in the past ten years. 

Motivated by passion for innovation and new technology, as well as the fight for equitable knowledge access, in 2016 she co-founded Impactscool, later renamed Treccani Futura, and now Edulia – Dal Sapere Treccani, dedicating herself to the public knowledge and education sector with the intention of providing young generations with the information and skills necessary to face the future, as well as to inspire informed reflection, so that everyone can participate in the construction of our present and future society.

She is a Young Global Leader for the World Economic Forum (2019-2024) and European Young Leader 2020.

She is the author of Benvenuti nel 2050. Cambiamenti, criticità, curiosità [Welcome to 2050: Changes, Critical Issues, Curiosities] (Egea, 2019) and co-author of After: Il mondo che ci attende [After: The World Ahead] (Bompiani, 2021) and the podcast Casual Future (Piano P, 2020).
