He has been a partner of the Accademia dei Filodrammatici and co-Artistic Director of the Teatro Filodrammatici in Milan since 2008, with a multifaceted career behind him, ranging from prose to opera, from musicals to multimedia theatre.

Regarding international projects, he was Associate Director of the musical Mamma Mia! (Stage Entertainment and Little Star Services UK). He also exported the CON_TESTO format, which he devised, to the Dramatikkens Hus in Oslo and other European capitals and is a member of the Advisory Board of Ecole des Ecoles, a European network for training excellence in the performing arts.

He teaches acting at the Accademia dei Filodrammatici in Milano (the oldest school for actors in Europe), at Oltrarno (the School of Higher Education of the National Theatre of Tuscany directed by Pierfrancesco Favino) and at the TeSeO Theatre School of Excellence of the Teatro Stabile of Veneto.

He also curates the “L’azione di Regia” project for the Accademia Teatro alla Scala, dedicated to the analysis of the text focusing on the work of set and costume designers.

Among others, Marco Balich chose him for the presentation team of the victorious candidature of Milan-Cortina for the 2026 Winter Olympics, in the role of director and speech coach of the Italian delegation (which included Beppe Sala, Giancarlo Giorgetti, Luca Zaia and Olympic champion Antonio Rossi). Also for Balich Wonder Studio, he was behind the project “Il Natale degli Alberi” [The Tree Christmas] in Milan as well as the candidature of Noor – Festival of Light in Riyadh.

Artistic consultant for large events, he is also an educator, applying theatrical  metaphor across various professional fields. He works with Bocconi University and POLIMI – School of Management, among others.

He has translated many works from English, including: Darkness Falls by Philip Ridley, Terrorism by the Presnjakov Brothers, Sus by Barrie Keeffe, Collaborators by John Hodge; and he worked on the adaptation of the musical Mamma Mia! (Stage Entertainment – Little Star Services).
