Elastica oversaw the press office and media relations on the occasion of the publication of Tonia Cartolano’s first book LEADHERS. Donne e storie di straordinaria normalità [LEADHERS. Women and Stories of Extraordinary Normality] (Santelli Editore, 2022), a collection of portraits of seven women in leadership roles, true examples of female leadership and major players of current events: Elisabetta Belloni, Tania Cagnotto, Elisabetta Franchi, Gaia Pigino, Titti Postiglione, Speranza Scappucci and Paola Severino.

Working synergistically with the publisher, Elastica organized book presentations at prestigious venues, including Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Luiss – Libera Università Internazionale Degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli in Rome, and the City of Naples. For the author, Elastica handled publicity, interviews, reviews and in-depth coverage in national media, including Radio Rai 1, RaiPlay, RTL 102.5, Il Messaggero, Il Tempo and many others.

Elastica also adopted a unique digital PR strategy to reach younger audiences – one of the book’s targets – by hiring and engaging book influencers and BookTokers to promote the book through social media platforms. Events included a sold-out presentation in Milan with the influencer @scatolalilla, to a diverse audience of moms and girls.
