Growing up, war is a show that weaves together voices and genuine testimonies collected from different wars of the past and present, to highlight the blind spot of our humanity: apathy.
A theatrical journey that forces us to listen to what we often decide to ignore: the pain of others.
Using the words of those who have lived through war, the show demonstrates how the seeds of conflict are sown in the ignorance of the present, in the careless telling of narratives, in the failure to listen with empathy. It is a profound reflection on time, memory and collective responsibility.
Because every war arises from that which we were unable to protect. And every peace is built on the foundation of that which we decide to see.
