Speaker Management

After graduating in Economics and Arts and Culture Management from Venice’s Ca’Foscari University and a Master’s in ‘Fundraising e Corporate Social Responsibility’, I took a post-graduate degree in ‘Innovation and Organization of Culture and the Arts’ at Bologna University’s Faculty of Economics.
I have developed skills for fundraising and people raising, dealing with the management of volunteers in the fields of politics, national health and culture with the consultancy firm Goodwill.
I have consolidated my skills as a fundraiser by combining them with relationship management skills and dealing with political figures, public and private institutions as part of the theatre project ‘Ferite a morte’ (produced by Mismaonda), aimed at raising awareness of violence against women, which was welcomed by organisations such as the United Nations and the World Bank.
Currently, I am in charge of the “Bestiario” sector at Elastica, dealing with the speakers, artists, journalists and writers that Elastica represents, as well as their promotion.  I am always on the lookout for new, interesting figures to join us and suggest to the many festivals and organisations that we work with.  I spend most of my working day on the phone, which I really enjoy but in my free time I love running to counterbalance my work – my goal is to run to 2017 New York Marathon.
